Listen carefully. Plan thoughtfully. Act with purpose.
A practical, person-centred process led by both founders for the Home Independence Review.
From first enquiry to next steps
- Initial enquiry and fit check
A short conversation about practical needs, authority, suitability and geographic coverage.
- Preparation and consent
Agree who will attend, what the review covers and the individual's preferences.
- Joint consultation
Phill and Sabrina attend for up to 90 minutes, each contributing their relevant experience.
- Written independence plan
A Now / Next / Future action plan, targeted within five working days.
- Follow-up and optional implementation
Clarify the report and provide a separate quote if practical coordination is wanted.

Principles behind every recommendation.
Independence
The person's wishes guide the plan; no service should undermine autonomy for convenience.
Transparency
Written boundaries, clear fees and disclosure of any relationships with third-party suppliers.
Professional boundaries
We recognise when specialist or regulated services, formal capacity assessment or safeguarding escalation may be appropriate.
Home Independence Review
A structured consultation with both founders and a practical written plan to help make home-related decisions more manageable.
Includes an initial discussion, up to 90 minutes at the home, an accessible written Now / Next / Future action plan and a follow-up conversation.
Enquire about a review →Not a clinical assessment, building survey, personal-care service or emergency response. Specialist work is referred to appropriately qualified professionals.
