Frequently asked questions

Does the review involve both founders?

Yes. The standard proposed review includes both founders for the home consultation. Roles are divided so the visit is structured rather than repetitive.

Can an adult child arrange a review?

Yes, but the person whose home and circumstances are being discussed must be involved appropriately, and their preferences, consent and any relevant legal authority must be respected.

Do you provide nursing or personal care?

This consultancy offer does not include clinical diagnosis, nursing treatment, personal care or emergency response. Where specialist advice is needed, we explain the appropriate next step.

Do you arrange contractors?

We can discuss separately agreed coordination after the review. Contractors, scope, liability and any project-management fees are disclosed before work begins.

What happens after my enquiry?

We arrange an initial discussion to understand the circumstances and confirm that the requested service and geography are suitable. An enquiry is not a confirmed appointment.
