The legal trading entity, controller contact details, retention schedule and service providers must be verified and updated before accepting real enquiries. This is an operational draft, not a completed legal notice.
Information we request
Our enquiry form asks for a name, email, optionally a telephone number and area/postcode, an intended service and a brief message. Please do not submit detailed medical or other sensitive personal information through the website.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond, determine suitability and discuss the requested service. Submission of this form does not establish a contractual relationship or confirm a booking.
Where information is stored
If hosted on Netlify with Forms enabled, enquiries are processed and stored through Netlify's form service and can be reviewed by the site administrators. Additional recipients are configurable in Netlify's notifications. Appropriate supplier and international-transfer disclosures must be assessed before launch.
Access and correction
Enquirers can request information about the personal data held about them, subject to applicable law. Verified controller contact details must be added before the form is opened for public use.
Cookies and analytics
This prototype does not add a marketing analytics platform or tracking cookies. If analytics or other third-party scripts are enabled, the notice and consent mechanisms may require revision.
